Accessing Our Services

No. You do not need to register with us directly. If you are registered with a GP practice, you can access our NHS services once your GP refers you.

Yes. You have the legal right to choose your healthcare provider for many NHS services in England. You can ask your GP to refer you to Harrow Health where appropriate.

No. This is an adult service for patients aged 18 and over.
If you are seeking support for a child or young person, please contact your GP or local children’s services.

Referrals and Appointments

Once we receive your referral, it will be reviewed (triaged) by our clinical team. Our appointments team will then contact you by telephone.
If we are unable to reach you, we will leave a message with details of how to contact us.

Appointments are usually offered at a community clinic, typically the one closest to your home address.

Our clinics are open Monday to Sunday (including weekends), 9:00am to 5:00pm.

Our phone lines are open Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm.

No. Our NHS services are free at the point of delivery.
Unfortunately, we are not able to provide patient transport to our clinics.

Yes, we can provide:

• Interpreters (including British Sign Language)

• Information in alternative formats

• Support for additional accessibility needs
