If you are seeking support for a child or young person, please contact your GP or local children’s services.
Once we receive your referral, it will be reviewed (triaged) by our clinical team. Our appointments team will then contact you by telephone.
If we are unable to reach you, we will leave a message with details of how to contact us.
Appointments are usually offered at a community clinic, typically the one closest to your home address.
Yes, you can usually bring a family member, friend, or carer with you.
If you need additional support, such as an interpreter, please let us know in advance.
Our clinics are open Monday to Sunday (including weekends), 9:00am to 5:00pm.
Our phone lines are open Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm.
