EMIS Instructions to Import Referral Form

Step by step instructions

Once the patient has been selected, follow these step by step instructions to find us on e-RS.

STEP 1

  • Request Type: Referral
  • Priority: Routine

  • After completing step 1, it takes you to Electronic-Referral Service (ERS). Complete all mandatory sections in ERS and select Harrow Health services accordingly.
